Senior Tax Attorney (80–100%)
To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for a senior attorney specializing in tax law.
Your profile:
- Swiss Attorney’s License
- Holder of the federal tax expert certification (a plus)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Swiss tax law
- Excellent command of English is required
- An understanding of German (passive proficiency) is an asset.
- Independence, thoroughness, and analytical skills
- Strong writing skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers
Your business:
- Advice and support for clients (individuals and corporations) in tax law
- Involvement in restructuring efforts, tax planning, and transactions
- Drafting of contracts, legal opinions, and consultations
- Monitoring of cases with tax and administrative authorities
- Handling tax litigation proceedings
