Tax and Corporate Lawyer (80–100%)
To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for a lawyer specializing in tax and corporate law.
Your profile:
• Licensed to practice law in Switzerland
• Strong interest in tax and corporate law
• Currently pursuing a degree in tax law or interested in pursuing such a degree
• Excellent command of English is required
• An understanding of German (passive knowledge) is a plus.
• Independence, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Strong writing skills and the ability to interact comfortably with customers
Your business:
• Providing advice and support to clients (individuals and corporations) in tax and corporate law
• Involvement in restructuring, tax planning, and transactions
• Drafting contracts, legal opinions, and consultations
• Handling cases with tax and administrative authorities
• Handling tax litigation proceedings
