Founder of PANCHAUD Tax & Legal SA, Mr Cedric Panchaud has a particularly comprehensive academic and professional background. With a doctorate in corporate law, a license to practice as a lawyer and notary, and a diploma as a certified tax advisor, he now advises his clients with unique cross-disciplinary expertise.
His interest in taxation developed after obtaining his lawyer and notary licenses, when he fully realized how pervasive taxation is and how it influences almost all legal and economic transactions. This realization shaped his practice: integrating tax consequences from the outset of any transaction or structure.
Specializing in tax law, corporate law, and contract law, Maître PANCHAUD handles both Swiss and international tax matters. He regularly advises clients in multilingual and international settings, conducting his practice in French, English, German, Italian, and Spanish.
